Mr. Yaqoub Al-Munayae

  • Founding Partner of Elite Advocates and Legal Consultants

  • Holds a bachelor's degree in police science in 1982
  • He was promoted to the rank of colonel through his work in the Ministry of Interior until he became Director of the Department of Interior Issues until he retired

  • Extensive experience in structuring multinational companies and special purpose companies.
  • One of the pioneers of integrated work in the field of trademarks and combating forgery and counterfeiting of goods, and he owns a license for the registration of trademarks.

Mr. Sami Youssef Al-Manea

  • Served at the State Audit Bureau of Kuwait from 1992, with the following career progression:
    • Auditor to Principal Auditor – Ministries, Government Departments, and Entities Supervision Sector (1992–2007).
    • Controller at the Legal Affairs Department – Case Management, Investigations, Contracts, and Legal Opinions (2007–2019).
    • Legal Advisor at the Office of the President of the State Audit Bureau (2019–2023, until retirement upon request).

Abdul Rahman Shaman Al-Mutairi

Nehad Galal

  • Education: Bachelor of Law- Mansoura University – 2002. Arab Republic of Egypt
  • Experience: 23 years
  • Areas of Experience: In Corporate Cases (Liability Claims - Invalidity of General Assemblies), Mergers and Acquisitions, Dispute Management and Asset Tracking.
  • Experience in All Commercial Cases, Capital Markets, Insurance Cases, as Well as Civil Cases, Labor, Criminal Cases, Media and Publishing Issues.
  • Drafting all kinds of Contracts, agreements and providing advice on all legal matters.
  • Language- Arabic and English
  • Drafting contract- for both Arabic and English.
